- AMAlyssa MorenoMar 12, 20261.0**WARNING: Do Not Visit This Location for Live Scans!** I recently made an appointment at this location for a live scan. After providing my fingerprints, the staff refused to sign my live scan form. They claimed that this is not part of their job responsibilities and that the live scan is sent to the company , which is incorrect. The procedure requires the operator to sign the form, provide proof of payment, and provide the ATI number so that the company can access your fingerprints. Without these documents, the company cannot locate you in their system. I went back and tried to get a staff to sign it, but the staff refused. I paid $80 for nothing and was forced to seek alternative services. If you require a live scan, I strongly advise you to visit a different location to avoid this inconvenience.

They'll claim it's a ups policy and probably pocket the money. I don't know how legit this piece of paper is that they plasterwd to their desk and pretend it's ups policy. Never saw anything like this in any ups ever.

They’ll claim the box or tape “isn’t acceptable,” say the label/QR code isn’t valid, or insist they have to print a label, then push you into buying supplies or paying extra fees. We’ve never had this problem at other stores, but this one feels deliberately set up to squeeze customers. Avoid it and use a different location. Scam
