  I am giving 5 stars because of Rebecca! I have previously been to the store many times and have have subpar service. I came in today and Rebecca had a smile on her face, was very helpful, accommodating and pleasant. Thank you for making my experience pleasant Rebecca!!

  Absolutely zero help was given when I asked for help told me they could print shipping labels, but did not tell me that they cannot print small shipping labels. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a store.

  Staples on calaveras is top tier. Their staff goes above and beyond, especially that girl with the tattoos, she's awesome. Her personality just kills it. She is top tier customer service. I offered her a job.

  Bought a keyboard which was on sale. Pretty good deal. Better than Amazon. Like to buy from a physical store every now and then. Cashier very courteous which is hard to find nowadays .

  Bad printing service and very poor staff attitude. And wierd feeling！ I could clearly feel that the printing staff member was not happy to help customers. I came here simply to get help with printing, not to experience unnecessary drama. This was my third time visiting this store, and unfortunately two of those visits involved the same employee and poor service. When I arrived today, I waited about five minutes in the printing area. There were two staff members there — one appeared to be in a meeting and the other was standing nearby. Since he didn’t acknowledge me, I assumed he was busy and waited patiently. A few minutes later, another customer（a white lady） walked in and the staff member immediately went to her, smiling and offering help. I then approached him and asked for assistance with printing. His response was very sharp and dismissive: he told me to “use the self-service.” I said“I need your help to print here not self-service”. I came to the counter because I actually needed help with the printing process. I was willing to wait until he finished helping the other customer. I simply asked“ Is this email I can send file to you？” so I could prepare it while waiting. He only said “No！”and ignored me immediately turned away to continue talking to the white lady. And the white lady says“let him finish serving me first！” When I mentioned that I had been waiting there earlier, he insisted that the other customer arrived before me and apologized to her. This made the situation very uncomfortable and felt unfair. Later I saw three staff members sitting in the printing area, laughing and talking while looking at the computer. No one came to clarify the misunderstanding or offer help, even though I was clearly waiting. This was extremely disappointing. This is the second time I have had a negative experience with the same employee. Customer service should be respectful and helpful. Customers come here for assistance, not to feel like they are bothering the staff. After leaving, I went to the UPS Store in the same plaza. The service there was completely different. The staff communicated clearly, confirmed my printing requirements, and helped me quickly and efficiently. I hope the store management will pay attention to customer service training. A respectful and professional attitude makes a big difference.
