  This company is a scam. Corporate theft at its finest. I was at Sams club buying water and was approached by two primo brands reps. I purchased a water dispenser unit for a “one time fee of $40” and a water subscription. The water was terrible quality and the dispenser was faulty. I attempted to cancel my account multiple times. I am now being charged a 6.99 “rental fee” for the unit I purchased for a “one time fee of $40”. Nothing can be done unless the unit I have disposed of months ago is returned. I am now on the hook for 6.99 a month in perpetuity (which they will never see a cent of). These people are the pettiest thieves. They sell you water that came out of the faucet at some county jail, a faulty dispenser and then charge you 6.99 in perpetuity with no way to cancel. The BBB has been contacted.

  Very friendly, customer service come easy for him, took care of my request of a new water dispenser and removed empty bottles.
