As soon as he heard that, he immediately asked me to provide the tracking number and said he would have the mail carrier check the mailbox again within an hour. I honestly didn’t have much hope, but two hours later, my package came back — lost and found. Thank you all, that was incredibly fast!!

I've had medication and expensive packages shown as delivered to my parcel box, but it will be empty. When I reached out to the post office all they would say is "sorry", and then told I'm SOL. This is why we need to cut their budget and am now insisting shippers deliver using FedEx or UPS as leaving a package on my doorstep is apparently more secure than trusting these criminals

Yesterday, I went to return a dress package and needed tape to seal it, but the staff told me they didn't provide it. The next day, I went to mail the package again. There was a QR code on the USPS website. The staff scanned it several times but failed. I reminded her to type it in, but it didn't work either. The QR code is right there on the post office website, so why can't they read it? The office is only open half a day on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. I had to go home and change the return mailing to UPS, which is open all day on Saturdays. I went in and the mailing was completed in just a minute. So USPS service is really terrible.
