  This courier company's service is terrible. I sent two boxes of health supplements to China, and they wanted to charge me $165. I said it was too expensive, and they recommended USPS, saying they could also do USPS shipping. They told me it would take 6-10 days to arrive in China and charged me $95.99. Two weeks later, I received a returned package. Customs indicated that the customer form was not filled out, which was clearly their mistake. However, the manager became very rude after learning I didn't want to ship anymore, making all sorts of excuses and refusing to give me a refund. I had no choice but to complain to UPS. I hope everyone will avoid this service. 这个快递公司服务太差了，我寄了两盒保健品去中国，他们要收我$165，我说太贵了，他们推荐让我用usps,说他们也可以做usps,告诉我6-10天中国可以收到，收了我$95.99，结果2周以后我收到了退件，海关提示没有填写顾客表格，这明显是他们的工作失误，但是那个负责人在得知我不想再邮寄以后，态度非常差，各种理由推卸责任并不同意给我退款，我只好投诉UPS，希望大家不要选择这家服务。

  Amazing store. The people / owners are so hard working, fast, respectful and organized. I usually don’t recommend a UPS store but this one is truly fantastic. Thank you for providing great service to our community !!!

  For Amazon drop off, if you forgot to tape the box , you need to pay $2.00 to the store to tape it for you. I actually went to Staples nearby to buy a pack of tape which I believe it's more cost-effective. Staples taped it for me for free; and if the box is not too big, you can drop it there.

  Today, I came into this UPS store as I have done for the last 4 years to pick up a package from Walmart.com. The owner had asked me for my I.D. as he normally does (every time for the last 4 years). Expecting as it always was in the past that my maiden Vietnamese name is Dieu, and my naturalized American name is Don, but the last name and address is exactly the same, being Nguyen as the surname and the address IDENTICAL on my California Driver's license. So what's the big deal this time? He then asked me for the last 4 digits of my UPS tracking number which I said no problem, I will pull it up on my Google Pixel smartphone right then and there. Then a line forms as it always does and he says he doesn't need it anymore. I tell him just give me a minute, and I will provide the UPS tracking number. He then begins to lecture me AGAIN about how my name doesn't match. I respond yet again that my naturalized citizenship name Don is on ALL my pertinent IDs and even U.S. passport, but my Amazon and other shopping info names are on my original maiden First name. We get into an argument in front of forming long line, and he tells me I should go to another UPS store. So I will. Just changed my UPS pickup location to a different store. I told him that he should take a look at his Google reviews, because they are accurately rated at 2.5 stars for a valid reason. Nobody needs to go through all this nonsense just to pick up their packages. I gave him an extra star because none of this was an issue for the last 4 years of picking up packages from this UPS store.
