  Since Primo took over, our office has been rescheduled for almost 2 months. They left the empty bottles at the last delivery so we have 10 empty bottles sitting in our clinic and no water. Someone from another company saw the bottles and approached our office thankfully, so I will be switching to them.

  The worst company. I cancelled their service and even still they continued to charge my credit card. There is no way to take your credit card information off of their site or even turn off auto pay. So they are essentially just stealing money.

  Since the merger, the delivery service is inconsistent and for some reason some drivers cannot seem to deliver the product at the correct address. In this age in technology, there's no excuse to drop off product at the wrong address, most companies would supply GPS. The lack of integrity by stating an order was delivered and it was not is unacceptable. Delivering a product Alhambra water is not what I paid for.. I paid for Arrowhead and Primo decided to give me what they think I should have and charge me the same. I have called numerous times to reschedule to pick up this water that I did not order. I will have less of a headache by purchasing what I want from the local store. I intend to cancel the this s service if they cannot make things right and offer service recovery. If they are okay with losing loyal customers, I'm okay with keeping my hard earned money. 0 7/14/25- another lie from Primo. They did not pick up emptied and did not deliver as promised last week from supervisor Karen. I now have to wait another month. This is nonsense. I will cancel this service and forget about this incompetent nightmare of a company. I'll purchase my water from the store. At least I'll know what I'm paying for. If you don't want frustration.....don't sign up for Primo.

  Stay away from Ready Refresh aka Primo water delivery! I had great service from Ready Refresh here in Pleasanton for years. They were recently acquired by Primo, and they haven’t delivered any water since (for 2 months now). They keep pushing the delivery date our by a few days at a time so that customers think, “it will be just a little while longer…” then it never comes. I contacted them by phone (on hold for 30+ mins then disconnected) and by email (“no further changes to your delivery date will be made” — you can guess what happened). Such a shame.

  Unfortunately, since their merge the service has dropped immensely. Actually no service at all. They have rescheduled our delivery 4 or 5 times now and still no delivery as of July 3rd. Thankfully we still have enough for now. You cannot get through to anyone and trying to log onto your account is another night mare. This is the poorest merge I have ever encountered. And am currently looking for another supplier. Unless, Primo can get their act together within the next week they may loose a lot of customers.
