The lady at the counter refused to accept my return package, saying it is not packed tightly enough, which is weird, since it was the exact same box it was delivered in, a few days ago. I am sure she was just trying to make some extra money by trying to sell me some packing supplies. Reading some past reviews, looks like others have had the same experience at this center. Best to avoid this location for any future needs.
