Dont come close to closing, or better yet, this location at all. San Jose one by The Plant is way better. She kicked me out and wouldn't finish what I needed, even though I came before closing and waited in a long line. Didn't know her own policies as she spent forever trying to figure it out. Left annoyed having had wasted gas and my time
- MMMary MDec 20, 20251.0I will never come back here. The Store Manager named Denise is not efficient she cannot handle more than 5 packages medium sized. She said one item was already scanned and she gave it back to me all along it was her who scanned it. I have to dropped it to another FedEx, but they did not get paid the Calaveras one did. I have receipts to proved it and label codes. She needs more training in customer service. Please reimburse the San Jose branch I will file a claim.
