  They're fast, nice and efficient. Lines of return from Amazon are taken care of everyday here. They also offer notary services.

  I visited for fingerprinting, and the staff member greeted me warmly, corrected the errors in my form, and checked everything thoroughly, which I was very grateful for.

  I just wanted to take a moment to recognize how amazing Sean is at this UPS Store. From the moment you walk in, he greets everyone — not just me — with genuine kindness, patience, and a smile that instantly makes the whole experience better. I come in often with a ton of returns, and not once has he ever made me feel like an inconvenience. He’s always willing to help, always upbeat, and truly goes above and beyond for every single person who walks through the door. There was even a time when I was short on tape, and instead of making me buy a whole roll (like most other UPS stores usually do), he helped me out without hesitation. It may seem small, but gestures like that mean a lot — and it shows the kind of person he is. The entire team at this location is great, and I appreciate each one of them, but Sean genuinely deserves special recognition. He does a tough job with such grace, positivity, and professionalism. His customer service is exceptional, and I’m truly grateful for how well he takes care of me every single time I’m there. Thank you, Sean — you make the UPS experience easier, kinder, and honestly just better. You deserve all the recognition and more!

  Extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I came to return an Amazon package — the official return instruction clearly said “box needed” but never mentioned that a “product box” wasn’t allowed or that a specific type of box was required. My box was sturdy, sealed, and properly packaged, yet the staff member Shawn kept insisting it was a “product box” and repeatedly refused to accept it. His attitude was condescending and completely unhelpful — he just kept saying “that’s a product box” instead of explaining or offering any assistance. I am 35 weeks pregnant, holding a heavy package, and Shawn stood there watching without offering even the slightest help or empathy. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking. Amazon’s website never states that a product box can’t be used — only that a box is needed. This location clearly makes up its own rules and treats customers unfairly.
