Please don’t go here. The people that work here are just rude and they come up with their own made up rules (apparently I can only use their box to ship stuff, and they can’t look up if I have an account by my phone number or email!! ) There is a UPS just next to them, they are much nicer and actually get things done (They shipped my box with no questions asked)

Wow. Most fedex employees I deal with (which is a lot) are super friendly and helpful. I usually use the one on 4th street in San Mateo. I've always had great experiences there. Had to use this one today and boy, was it a different experience! When I showed him what I thought was the code for him to scan my return label, he dismissively pointed out that "that is not the label" and that I'd have to "print it out or email it". Since I've used these kind of email-generated codes frequently, I just asked if there's no possibility of him scanning it-- which i had just done for another package at UPS. He repeated himself, but with even more disdain this time and pointed to the email address on a sign, then walked away. I completed the email, which took a few minutes for them to receive and waited. When it came in, he announced condescendingly it was there and if I wanted the receipt, I'd have to send another email. I said I don't need a receipt and would just take a picture of the tracking number, but he felt the need to repeat himself again for some reason. Everything seemed to bother this guy for whatever reason. Suppose I'll just stick to the one in San Mateo from now on. Jeez!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this FedEx location. I stood waiting for help while multiple employees clearly saw me and chose not to acknowledge or assist me. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic customer service from most of the staff was honestly disappointing. It felt like no one cared to do their job or help a customer who was visibly waiting. That said, Memori was the ONLY person who stepped up and helped me, and she completely changed the experience. She went above and beyond, welcomed me with warmth, showed genuine care, and handled everything with professionalism and confidence. She led with her whole self and truly demonstrated what leadership and customer service should look like. She was patient, kind, and made me feel seen — something no one else in the store bothered to do. The one star is NOT because of Memori’s outstanding service. Without her stepping in, this would have been a zero-star experience. She deserves serious recognition and honestly should be in a leadership role, because the rest of the team could learn a lot from her. Also, she was an absolute joy to interact with — warm, professional, and carried herself beautifully. Thank you, Memori, for doing what no one else did. You made a bad experience bearable.

I want to thank Semmie for the excellent help he gave me while printing my science project at FedEx Kinko’s. Semmie guided me through the entire process and clearly knew the system inside and out. What stood out most was his eagerness to help and his sense of ownership. He didn’t just answer questions: he actively worked to unblock the project and make sure everything came out right: right paper weight, image rendering and bleeding. That level of drive may surprise some customers, but to me and my son it came from a genuine desire to be helpful and to see the customer succeed. It made a real difference, and we truly appreciate it!
