  Unfortunately, A couple weeks ago I had a very poor experience. The staff remained in the back talking and did not acknowledge customers at all. No one offered assistance, which made the environment feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. This definitely needs improvement.

  Location is great. It has a self service kiosk. Parking can be challenging at peak hours of the day.

  Experience at this FedEx Office location on November 24th, 2025 was less than subpar. Semmie spoke to me in a condescending. Although not shouting, his tone and demeanor were disrespectful. He rushed me. He behaved in a manner like he had better things to do and even explained to me that he is doing a million things. Semmies behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable for customer service. I hope FedEx management learns from this annd addresses this. I visit this location because normally I received great service here. I could go to a number of FedEx offices that are closer to home. This experience left me extremely disappointed.

  The staff is business like and provides 5 star service when not over worked or understaffed. I have made prints on self help copy machines, ordered special printed materials and sent packages out by FedEx. Good service.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this FedEx Office location on November 10, 2025. One of the counter employees named Semmie spoke to me in a very rude and condescending way. As soon as I walked up to the counter, he said something like, “I told you to wait, didn’t you hear me?” in a blaming tone — as if I had done something wrong just by approaching. He wasn’t shouting, but his tone and attitude were extremely disrespectful and made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. What made it worse was that his attitude remained the same through every step of the entire process — from checking the package, entering information, weighing, labeling, and all the way until the end. Every interaction carried that same impatient and unfriendly tone, as if he was intentionally showing his displeasure toward me. I have lived in the United States for more than ten years and have never encountered such poor manners at any FedEx location. Semmie’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in customer service. I truly hope FedEx management takes this issue seriously and provides proper training to ensure that employees treat every customer with basic courtesy and respect. Extremely disappointed with this experience. This message is sent by my wife on my behalf.
