The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.

He lacked basic kindness and empathy. About two years ago he was rageful towards my wife for a small thing. This guy has issues. I avoid this location as he seems to be getting worse.
