Getting trashier. Staff have started smoking on duty and crushing/damaging mail for reasons best known to them. Refused to honor walk-in passport hours. They just don't care. Go to Sausalito instead, it's a lot nicer.

Lazy workers. Got a PO ox and I wasn’t able to obtain one due to no id. Well, I went into the office here I got help from an Asian man. I tried to get help on canceling and getting a refund for my PO Box. The worker lied to my face and told me that it was canceled and my refund was already sent. He lied just to make their job easier. So now 3 months later, I still have that charge on my card and no refund in there system or any evidence that I even tried to get one. Even double checked on the post office website. Now I have to trek out three hours again to get them to reverse it. Not a fan of the workers here.

I use this location very frequently to send out packages for the office I work for. Although the wait time is long, the employees are friendly and helpful. I recently had a problem with a package that I sent out priority out of state and it was never delivered. My customer had to go to the post office HERSELF to pick it up and that was unacceptable. My coworker went to the post office to file a claim and an employee named Wilda told him he has to go online to do that. So we did. We got a letter in the mail yesterday that stated that claims like ours need to be filed AT THE LOCAL POST OFFICE!! Grr!! So off I went this morning and although there was an issue getting the refund, Ricky stepped in and helped out. Thank you to Bing and Ricky this morning for helping me get the postage refunded.
