Post office is far from UC MERCED, I am a regular customer at 2334 M St Post office. Best service with smile from Miss Becki She always greet customer who were waiting in line. Also, Alice, Janna, Lisa very professional, friendly, helpful and provide good customer service with smile as well.
But there is Very rude and unprofessional employees one of them, her NAME IS ISABEL. 2 week ago I was standing in a long line and asked ISABEL the FRAGILE stamp, so I can stamp the package and save time at the counter. I told her I am a regular customer, she replied very rudely I never seen you here, I said excuse me she replied the same thing and said when you turn will come we'll talk, she made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. Very rude and unprofessional.
We are coming to providing business to this post office. Because of very professional and friendly employees like MISS BECKI, ALICE, JANNA, LISA.Thank you for your kind attention.

I'm from out of town and I stopped in to mail a package. Service was prompt and friendly, delivered with a smile, something I rarely see at any post office these days. Kudos to the postal workers at this location!

Yes this office can get overwhelmed BUT, it is the main post office in a town of over 80,000 people & the staff is always amazing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in there in a line and they will announce that they are sorry for the wait and thank you for your patience. Just because the business is short staffed, doesn’t mean we blame the employees. They always do the best with what they have and I’ve Always been greeted with a smile.
