⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at Staples thanks to Kylie R, I felt compelled to share just how exceptional she is. When I arrived, I was already a bit frustrated. I needed to make copies of some important documents, but I was having trouble accessing them on my new ipad. I wasn't fully comfortable navigating it yet, and the situation quickly became overwhelming. Kylie immediately sensed my frustration without me having to say much. Instead of making me feel rushed or embarrassed, she remained calm, professional, and Incredibly patient. What truly impressed me was her technical confidence. She stepped in seamlessly, navigated my device with ease, and within moments the documents appeared exactly where they needed to be. Just like that the problem was solved. Shortly after, I had three clean copies of each document in hand. Kylie R, is clearly and completely in her element when it comes to computers and electronics. Her professionalism, composure, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive experience. High Praise for Kylie R. Thank you again. Awesome service, I printed invitations and posters and all were available next day, even as soon as the same day.... the printing quality was top notch and customer service was excellent, they were very busy , and at all times they addressed my questions and helped me make my memorial cards. I went 3x on different days and at all times service was awesome, great friendly staff !

Went in for a couple items, there is no help at all. Went to pay and no one was present for 15-20 minutes then you have to rewrite in another line, very poor service

First time here and had alot to do, Giselle from the printing service helped me from the beginning ,guided me step by step even tho their was instructions all over the place. I will definitely be back because of her great customer service.
