- NJNiki JApr 12, 20261.0Canadian here. The worst customer service! I don’t know why people are lying about Andretti. He is the most rude, miserable, passive aggressive, customer service. On April 9th at around 5pm. I went to return items for Amazon and pickup a couple packages. Andretti tried to be a smart ass about pickup and returns with Amazon. Just take the items & pack them up. He may have forgotten he’s an employee there. My advice he needs to be re-trained or let go. Due to his rude customer service I will not be renewing my PO Box. Do not go to this location, do not purchase a mailbox here & do not conduct any business here. He is a liability to this location. If a Canadian is telling you the customer service is bad it is beyond terrible.
