The line has grown to about 15 people, and it’s been this way for quite some time. Are there any plans to return to having two staff members at the counter to help with the demand?
- LALoni AustinAug 9, 20161.0They don't even answer the phone. I've been trying to call all week several times a day both the main line and the passport number to set up a passport appointment. I guess what's to be expected from a government agency....SO inefficient and frustrating. (Been trying Mountain View too and SAME experience!!!)
