- DADustin ArnetteApr 18, 20261.0Two packages 'delivered to parcel locker' yet no key in my mailbox. Hmmm? Left a note for the carrier who apparently just ignored it. The one time I went to this office, the employee was so snarky and rude. Terrible service.
- DBdavid bradshawApr 7, 20261.0The ability to do the task of delivering mail is too much for this facility and falls directly on whomever is in charge. Our neighborhood mailbox has been broken for months, forcing us all to go pick up our mail. They still did not have a timeline for the repairs. This ineptness is typical for a government agency. The incompetence is mind boggling. On the rare occasions they are delivering our mail they frequently deliver to the wrong address, including once with medication. THE ONLY BRIGHT SIDE IS THE KIND LADY WORKING THE FRONT COUNTER AT THE FACILTY.

- CMCarlos MoraMar 31, 20261.0Havent been getting any mail for the past 3 months. Social security, checks, car registration etc all missing. I went to the post office a total of 9 times to try and fix this issue. The workers where so kind. However Gerald the post master kept telling me the issue was solved and it wasnt. Tons of money lost, tons of time consumed for him not to fix my issue. One day I went into the post office and the mect pwrson in charge took her time and investigated what was going on leading to her fixing my 3 month long issue. Keep in mind I had a newborn and couldnt enroll her into my insurance because i was missing her SS card. So kany headaches. If only he was knowledgeable in his job this issue would have been sombed the first time I was there, but instead gave me false hopes and run around. I have moved multiple times since i spent some time in the military and never had an issue like this in the past. Like I said the rest of the employees were great but Gerald had such a lack of knowledge on how to perform his duties and job. “post master”

Staff here talks on their phone regarding their home upgrades; the line is consistently long, well, I’m sure handling their personal business doesn’t help its customers wait time. I have started going to the Post office in Sun City instead. The drive is a little longer but being helped in a professional manner is worth it.
