The line was long, but during my time in line, I enjoyed watching the two employees handle each customer with excellence, speed, friendliness, and professionalism, even though they have to repeat a lot of the same information/questions to each customer. I commented to my kids that the two ladies were an example of people who do their job with energy and excellence. Was definitely impressed!
