  The store on murrieta and newport is the best. First of all Diana is remarkable & helpful plus kind. She has helped me now for about 2 yrs. For our banner/s. But each & every employee here is amazing. Vere sooy helpful & kind. Thank you. Banners are so affordable. Thank you

  I came in Sunday to notarize a document. Was told to come back monday. Came back and they told me they didnt have anyone. Would not trust this business

  I walked in there at 6:10p to see if I can get something notarized. The lady did not say someone wasn’t available but said that they only do notaries until 6p and that’s the “best time to get it done”. Honestly, it seemed like they just didn’t want to help me and it doesn’t say that they only do notaries at specific times on their website or anywhere else I looked!

  Unprofessional stuff, the lady in the front desk was so rude, as a costumer service worker you’re suppose to provide help and required to be in a good mood, if you’re gonna have a long face and threat the clients bad do not go to work. This is unacceptable I do not see the name of the women, but she seems a mature women compared to the other girl. I went at 10:30am on a Thursday march 26, you know who you are. Be respectful to others. This lady told me the first time to increase the screen brightness in my iPhone which I did, and then recalled to tell me “Brightnessss” like I was a dump person I told her that I already did, then proceeded to tell me if i was using a screenshot of my barcode with such a bad attitude I told her no it’s the one on Amazon, she was already upset since I got in the store. Please UPS store do better when hiring your employees.
