  I live in local apartments and have had such a horrible experience with not just my mail carrier but also Gerald, the Menifee USPS supervisor. Over past year+, I have had SEVERAL packages end up in someone else's mailbox and half the time I never get my package back. I have had several pieces of mail that have never gotten to us, and we know this thanks to Informed Delivery. It should never be on the responsibility of a neighbor to return my mail to me, though that's always the hope. I have spoken to Gerald several times hoping that a "Customer Service Supervisor" would be of any help and I am always met with excuses. Typically, Gerald is fairly nice and tries to be helpful despite said excuses. The past two times I have spoken to him in the span of ONE MONTH, he has told me that my mail boxes have been "vandalized," when I tell them they have not been and that a carrier isn't giving him honest feedback he quickly changes his tune. Pretends to look for my mail in the back and comes back and says I'm right that he isn't holding any mail due to vandalism and that mail carriers are doing the best they can. I recognize we are all human and that we all mistakes but when the mistakes are happening wayyy too consistently that's when I have a problem. Today (1/17/26) after not having mail delivered to me for about a week (this includes junk mail) despite Informed Delivery telling me I should expect mail, I had a conversation with Gerald where he was incredibly rude and condescending to me. Gave the excuse that our mail boxes have been vandalized and that he was holding our mail. When I asked why I wouldn't have received a notice about said vandalism, he claims a neighbor has taken it. Today I told him my apartment manager confirmed with our mail carrier no there were no vandalisms this week for our complex and he gave me this whole story about over the last few months Informed Delivery is false and slow... which is wild because its been pretty accurate UNTIL THIS WEEK. When I told Gerald he was being rude to me, he got upset and claimed the call was being recorded which again is WEIRD considering I was never told the call was being recorded and California is a two party consent state. Not getting a lick of mail in a week seems odd and maybe a bit intentional since our carrier keeps getting complains, but who knows. Anyways, not sure what else to do. Menifee mail carriers SUCK and so do their supervisors I guess.

  Yes they are very busy and the parking area not so good. But, the workers are trying their best. It’s busier than usual due to mail boxes broken in to so you have to pick up your mail. Our normal mail delivery for Woodbine lane, Menifee is doing great. She has gone to deliver some of the packages right to your home. Thank you.

  If I could give negative stars I would. The entire agency is trash. They have lost multiple packages and have cost me over $350 dollars in lost items and paid them to loose my stuff on top of it. I'm getting to the point where I don't want to order anything anymore because half the time it's lost.

  Smallest most pain in the tail USPS facility to deal with. Our delivery person has been amazing, but the office not so much. Not to mention closing at 4? Avoid this facility and go to the one in Sun City if you can.

  They delivered our package to the wrong address and then the manager harassed my wife saying too bad there’s nothing they can do that it’s our fault for not getting to our mail quick enough. (We get to our mail multiple times a week…) People like that shouldn’t be employed. Fix your staff. Do better.
