We had the carton which was damaged a little from when I had opened it. The content was a standing jewelry box with a mirrored door. I did not have the molded foam pieces which initially protected the product. On entering the Sun City Post Office we met Tracy Ambrose. This lady is wonderful! She enthusiastically took the mess we had brought in and, using her initiative, carefully wrapped the jewelry box and the several loose wooden pieces, mended the original shipping carton, and prepared it for its return. This lady is a great representative for the many fine people who serve in our country's postal service. While she was serving us she was interrupted many times by other customers who could see she busy yet she patiently replied to each of them.
