  I sent a package with them on a Wednesday and I wanted to shipped next day. Since I past 5pm I was told today is late for next day delivery. It will shipped tomorrow, Thursday and deliver Friday. I paid $128.74 but my package was not delivered until Monday. I disputed the transaction with my back and apparently I signed a big list of this I WAS NEVER GIVEN to read. They guy who received my package and my money shouldn’t not said package would be received ON TIME. This package was sent to a FORT SILL. Monday it was too late for my son, he was gone. Do yourself a favor and save a headache from using this location.

  The employees are extremely helpful I was having issues with the format of my document and the worker helped me print it out the proper way and taught me how to reformat it. He also didn’t put me to the side he dedicated time to help!

  The staff needs to be more vigilant when it comes to the lines. It is not the customer's job to determine who is next in line. They always say "I can help Whoever's next "and some lady literally cut me and when I asked the cashier about it, I said, "are there 2 separate lines or are you just calling up? Whoever's first" and she said," yeah.It's whoever's first, and i'm like, well, I was here first and that lady literally just cut me you didn't even say anything, and she said that she can't say anything.... if you can't keep track of who's next in line? Then just have one line.

  Just a bunch of teens that are constantly messing around. The service is never good. But this time was the last straw. I called prior to make sure they had a printing service. They said yes. I arrive and try to print out my label at the machine and couldn't figure it out so I asked for help. There were 4 teens "working" and I was the only customer in there at the moment. After a few minutes of waiting, one teen finally acknowledge me. I asked for his help and he said oh you can't print that there, we have to print it out on this side and it's going to be three dollars. $3 to print out a page! I told him I thought prints were only 15cents. He explained that they would be printing out in a label and those are $3. I told him I thought they had a printing service as I had already called and confirmed so I just wanted to print it out myself and tape it to my box. I had brought my own tape. He was condescending and angrily said you can't use our services for free! You have to pay. I told him I knew that and again said how I was trying to print it out myself for the few cents vs having them use their fancy label machine and paying $3. He then said oh we don't do that here. That machine is for copies only. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We will have to print it back here and those are the sticker labels. I said fine I'll pay the $3 and he asked another guy, which was on the other side of the store talking to the two teen girl employees, to help me. That guy charges me. Then takes his sweet time and is just messing around and laughing with the girls. He finally gets it printed and its a freaken PIECE OF COPY PAPER!! Not a sticker label that I got charged for. 😑
