  I came into UPS today and was greeted by ALONDRA, and her customer service was excellent. I had an Amazon return with just an open bag and the shipping label, and she took care of the rest without hesitation. She easily could have told me it needed to be taped and labeled already, but instead she made the whole process simple and stress-free. Thank you for making it easy on me. I definitely recommend this UPS location.

  Fast service Overpriced envelope I forgot to bring shipping packageing and was charged $2.99 for an envelope I can buy a large box at Home Depot for less I might have gone to UPS store for office supplies if I was in a hurry but when they charge $2.99 for an envelope I would go to Staples or another office supply store 1st I forgot packaging and instead of driving home I decided to buy envelope at the store and was surprised at how much it cost It’s like when there’s a natural disaster and a store price gouges for water because you have no choice. I don’t expect to hear back from UPS because they are probably embarrassed at what they charged me

  Not professional at all I sent a package on 12/18 the clerk input the wrong address and my sister never got the packages it was a Christmas present . I claim was created and they denied the claimed I am sorry but I spend my money for the present. They don’t take no responsibility for the package 😡
