  I attempted an Amazon return and intended to make some purchases in Staples, Menifee. However, after lining up for about 15 minutes the employee told me and 1 other person waiting that he would not accept any more returns and we should come back another day. It was about 5:30 PM. It would have taken him about 5 minutes to help me and the other lady, but he would not budge. I am disabled, so it's not easy for me to make a second trip to Menifee from where I live in Homeland. This employee was inconsiderate and unreasonable and I will never set foot in this store again. I am getting UPS to pick up my return.

  I recently ordered a custom wrapping paper on Friday, through their store and was told it would be ready by Monday. Monday comes around and i get a call from their printing services, informing me that they are unable to complete my order due to the lack of supplies. I was told they could send my order to their facility but that it wouldn't be ready until AFTER Christmas. I needed it for Christmas, as it was a wrapping paper of our family dog we lost recently, and is our first Christmas without him. I then asked the lady if she could check the other stores in the area to see if they could do it. She told me that "All the stores are low on supplies and that they are all waiting for the supplies to come to fulfill the orders". According to her there was a big "Tiktok trend" and that it "blew up" and "went viral". When telling me this information the associate was extremely rude to me and I even explained why I needed the wrapping paper and she continued to be very rude and dismissive. I am more upset at the fact that they didn't call to inform me earlier about them being unable to complete it. I then called another store and they said they had the supplies and everything, even offering the black Friday sale too. After speaking to the other store, I called the original store back and asked to speak to their general manager. I was met with UNPROFESSIONAL responses from their management. She told me the same thing, same tone as well. I told her about the situation and she seemed to not care at all about it. Gave the basic response "I will talk to the associate" and told me that they "don't have time to call stores for every customer and check for supplies". You do have time, don't bullshit me. I have worked in a printing facility before and in multiple customer service jobs and you are supposed to everything you can to help the customer. The fact that I was also told that nobody around has the supplies to then find out that they do have the supplies, HORRIBLE. I would not recommend going to their printing services and I would rather drive an hour to another store than to ever go to that one ever again.

  A few months back I went to get some ideas in how to make a memorial card with my sister's picture on it. it was a Saturday around 3pm there was a girl I was speaking to in that department she was very rude as if we were a inconvenience she told me to use the kiosk to make the memorial card and walked away .I came to her again and let her know I don't know how to make one on there I never had to make a memorial card before I had a picture of my sister and asked if I can blow it up to see how it looks before even trying she said no I can't it's to small so I asked can you please just try and she rolled her eyes at us and took the picture mad and did it in a aggressive manner she was so rude didn't finish anything I left crying I was already emotional for having to make thease memorial cards for my little sister and she made me break that day not any kindness or help, I hope she doesn't treat everyone the same way.

  Great store for all your office supplies. Mid-day can get really busy since most of the customers are there for Amazon returns. The line stretched about 3/4 across the store. Tip: screenshot your QR codes and have your returns in order to alleviate wait times for those behind you. Don't be the customer fumbling and nativigating the app last second. 🙏🏼

  I’m extremely disappointed with the inconsistent and unhelpful service I received at this Staples location. Earlier in the day, around 12:30 PM, I called to ask about getting three sheets of paper laminated and was told it would take approximately one hour. I planned my day around that information. When I arrived at the store at 6:50 PM, well before their 8 PM closing time, I requested the same lamination service for three sheets of paper. I was then told the job wouldn’t be ready until the following business day because “anything after 12 PM is next-day service,” with no exceptions. This completely contradicted the information I received over the phone, AFTER 12 pm, when I was over 100 miles away. To try to resolve the issue, I asked to speak with the print supervisor, Colin. Unfortunately, he told me there was nothing he could do to help me with my request.. His dismissive attitude/response only added to the frustration, unapologetic for the conflicting information previously provided by staff. Overall, the lack of consistent information and unwillingness to assist created an unnecessary inconvenience. Customers deserve clear communication and at least a reasonable effort to help, neither of which I experienced at the Menifee location. It's unfortunate customer service skills are lacking in the printing services area of this Staples (apparent through similar reviews) and sends a clear message for customers to go where their business is appreciated.
