  Business Review: Rapid Print, Sunday City, CA I have attempted to connect with Rapid Print on multiple occasions regarding printing my book, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The first time I contacted Rapid Print was approximately six to eight months ago, before my book was even released. I called the office, left a message, and requested a quote. I provided the number of pages, my printing specifications, and what I was looking for. I did receive a return call. In fact, I received two return calls from two different people at the company. I initially spoke with the first individual, but while I was speaking with him, another person from Rapid Print called me. I ended up speaking with the second person instead. During that conversation, I explained what I was looking for and let him know that I had already spoken with the first individual and that I would finish the process with him. He took my name and phone number and asked me to email or text him my contact information, including my name, phone number, email address, and details of what I was looking for. I followed those instructions. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him, and there was no follow-up, no quote, and no further communication. Because Rapid Print is a small business, I wanted to give them my business. After a significant amount of time passed and I still had not received any response, I decided to stop by the location in person so that I could have an in-person consultation and obtain a quote. When I arrived, the building was extremely hot. The back door was open, which made it appear that the air conditioning was not working. There was one single person in the entire place. She was seated at a desk at the far end of the building. The space is open, so it is very easy to see and hear when someone enters the door. I was inside the building for approximately three to five minutes, and during that time, the employee never looked at me or acknowledged me. She may have briefly noticed me when I first walked in, but there was no greeting, no hello, no acknowledgment, and no statement such as, I will be right with you. Based on the lack of follow-up, lack of communication, and lack of customer acknowledgment during my in-person visit, I will not be engaging in any type of business with this company. I find this very unfortunate. If a business has so much work that it cannot accommodate phone calls, follow-ups, or walk-in customers, then it raises the question of why the company advertises its services. Advertising is intended to bring customers in. I specifically chose Rapid Print because it is a small local business located close to me, and I believed that being able to work with them up close and in person would be a benefit. That has not been the case. Rapid Print has been a bust. There is nothing rapid about it.
