- PAPaulette AleirFeb 19, 20251.0Passport services not available. Website states walk-ins certain hours and they do not accept walk-ins. Website states they take photos but their camera doesn’t work. They also don’t provide you with passport applications, you have to go on the website and print it as stated on the website yet certain things the website is inaccurate. The girl in the front was not helpful at all and it’s insane how they can have a sign posted in the front stating Apply for a US Passport here! Yet not provide the services.

They have to understand that we have valuable packages waiting to be delivered. So once we get delivered notification, we freak out because we don't see anything in the front porch. They need a new system and quit marking them as delivered when they are not.
