Had a move two years ago and I filled out all the proper paperwork for mail forwarding. Moved into the new place and all my mail was returned to the source after I was already moved in. This was absolutely infuriating bc I did all the proper paperwork on my end. Now, I’m moving again and I requested my mail forwarding on July 8th. They started forwarding the mail A WEEK BEFORE THE ACTUAL DATE. I needed a few parcels to come in and they were rerouted EARLY. I’ve done 6 moves in the past 17 years and this is the most TERRIBLE service I’ve seen. I’ve never had mail returned to the sender and never had an early forwarding issue.

The item is of course damaged and I am greatly disappointed in this person... shame shame.
