- YYyazanFeb 12, 20261.00 stars. Absolutely unacceptable and incompetent service. I came to apply for passports for my 30-day-old twins, who were waiting in the car. I repeatedly asked the employee (Monica, I believe) if I should bring them in for their photos, and she kept saying “not yet” while making me wait over two hours in an empty post office. At 2:35, another person walked in and she told me he was ahead of me because he “came earlier and came back.” Passport services clearly state they close at 3:00, yet I was strung along and ended up getting no service at all. Total disrespect, zero professionalism, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place.
