When I asked for a trade in or to do an upgrade on my phone I was told that I could even bring on their spending cap. I was told I could go to a store outlet to get it done when I went there they advised me that I needed to pay 200.00 to have the spending cap removed when I spoke with the supervisor I was told there was nothing that they can do

I have not gotten a new device in over 10 years and I was feeling quite overwhelmed. The young lady named Phoebe explained the process and understood my budget very clearly. The young manager was also extremely helpful and even though he was attending multiple people at once, he was still able to spare me the time to make sure I understood everything. These people are very patient and will simplify the whole process. Thank you for making my experience painless 👍

Phoebe is an excellent staff! She is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have about phone plans in detail. She is also quick to respond and provides excellent follow-up service. I highly recommend asking for Phoebe if you need help choosing or understanding a phone plan. Great customer service!
