  I went to Virgin plus store in polo park Asfiya welcomed me with a warm smile and helped me choose a data plan for me she was very professional and explained all the plans to me. I would 💯 percent recommend asfiya and the virgin plus store. Thank you for all your good customer service.

  I am very disappointed with Virgin’s service. I ordered a phone, but I never received it. During my conversation with the manager, I was promised that the phone would arrive within a couple of days, but that never happened. I did not receive any proper solution to the situation. The worst part is that this phone was supposed to be a gift for my son, and because of this irresponsibility, the gift was ruined. I am very upset with this kind of treatment toward customers. After this experience, I have decided to switch to another provider. I do not recommend Virgin.

  this is a review for Virgin Plus company, you have the most frustrating phone system ever invented and its impossible to get a hold of someone. You force people to pick a time for call back just to say that time is not available. Do you seriously expect me to be on the phone for hours to try and guess when your agents feel like picking up the phone? I've never encountered anything more ridiculous in regards to customer service phone support. Unreal.
