  "Delivery attempt" — and a photo of an outdoor utility box beside my building. Not my door. Not even the entrance. Estimated window was 9:10 AM – 1:10 PM. The exception was logged at 4:07 PM. My phone number was on the order and I never got a call, I was at home the entire time. The support bot is useless. A "delivery attempt" that consists of photographing a utility box from the street isn't a delivery attempt.

  The most unreliable, self serving company I have ever had the displeasure to deliver my packages. FedEx offers “Manage My Deliveries” to customers leaving the customer to believe FedEx will respect your requested preferences in terms of how your package is delivered (ie: hold at pickup location, deliver to back door, deliver to garage door, etc). At no point does FedEx respect your preferences, follow your requested preferences or even make you aware that FedEx is not going to deliver as requested. FedEx continues to deliver packages to the wrong location, leaving packages on a doorstep for your entire work day risking theft of your delivery. Even after attempting to rectify the issue via telephone and painfully experiencing the lack of customer service once again, is more than a paying customer should be subjected to. There are many alternative delivery companies that are far superior in terms of service & competency. I am advocating to my favourite retailers requesting they obtain another delivery carrier for their business. I hope you do too, otherwise FedEx continues to have financial gains without providing a service.

  Even one star is too much for this company. The worst delivery service. They don’t even try to deliver; they immediately mark the recipient as unavailable and send the package to a pickup location. It’s a real shame that when placing an order, you can’t see right away which delivery service will be used—if I’d known, I never would have agreed to place the order. After dealing with this company myself on more than one occasion and reading the reviews, I realized these are far from isolated incidents. You should really think about this and make some changes. But apparently, the company’s management isn’t concerned about this, and they’re satisfied with the way things are.

  No stars for them, only put one star because I had no choice. They have the worst delivery drivers, I lost my packages because of them. The driver came to the back, then decided nope, let me leave the packages by the mailbox near the road for all to see. FedEx says the will not award me the value of the packages. As a middle class civilian, that is disappointing because I have to rebuy the items with money I don’t have as the things are a need.
