- LLLaraJun 8, 20261.0Ordered a package from Amazon, DHL was supposed to deliver. I got an "unsuccessful delivery attempt" notification and a statement saying they left a card on my door. I was home, no one rang the doorbell, no one knocked and no card was left. I have no idea how to retrieve my package but absolutely no "attempt" was made to deliver to my home. Tried calling DHL to confirm if pick up was an option and the lady was rude and unhelpful and quickly hung up the call. Where is my package!?

Despite being fully insured, they refused to honour their insurance policy, which itself cost nearly $1,000. They cited 'delay' as a reason for refusal. A delay which they (I assume knowingly) caused, to avoid payout.
