  My workplace uses MTS and has been for many years. After our phones went down recently and had no service at all in our facility, we got absolutely no help from MTS in anyway. We called several times and were not just met by rude staff but belittled by the person on the other end. As a healthcare facility we need phones! We will definitely be making the switch to anew provider after this experience. Absolute no customer service at all!!!

  Excellent! Excellent! Excellent. Not only did VIVI cut my current bill in half from another carrier, she was able to help me solve a technical challenge when I travel internationally. PLUS, she was a real pleasure to work with…a lot of patience….she made me very happy!

She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience pleasant and stress-free.
