We went in there multiple times with questions because my phone number wasn't working with Roger's.... not only did he answer our questions and provide possible solutions, he fixed my problem completely and now my number and iMessage are working again. If you ever have a problem go to this bell store by IKEA and ask for Justin he's the best

- MPMichael PettigrewAug 8, 20261.0We had quite a negative experience at this BellMTS. It is important to note that this is not an actual Bell store. Despite the exterior facade with the Bell logos, this is in-fact a franchise which is run by Elite Communications who are a third party company who are contracted by Bell. Long story short, my wife and I both wanted to upgrade our phones but we encountered difficulty with the buyout process. The staff who were standing around in the empty store couldn't figure it out, were dismissive of our concerns. Ultimately we ended up going to an actual Bell store at Kildonan Place who were able to resolve our issue promptly and professionally. I wouldn't recommend going to third party franchises such as this.
