- RSRana SMAAug 24, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the way a senior client was treated at Bell MTS Kenaston by the lady ( not sure her name) representing at this location. However there was a male he helps the senior person to settle his issue. Regardless of the circumstances, every customer—especially seniors—deserves to be treated with patience, courtesy, dignity, and respect. The interaction I witnessed/experienced was not handled professionally, and the lack of respect shown toward a senior person was unacceptable. Customer service should be about listening, understanding the customer’s concerns, and providing assistance in a respectful manner. I hope Bell MTS management takes this matter seriously and provides appropriate training to ensure that all customers, particularly seniors, are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
