  Paying for 300mbps Internet yet it's literally almost never that speed, stops working almost daily. Even after sending a technician out, they couldn't do anything about it. Called tech support for help with slow speeds, suddenly it's disconnected entirely and spent an hour "fixing" the new problem they created. Even when sitting right next to the wifi box I'll have just two bars. Mobility is just as unreliable. Often switches to LTE instead of 5G. Randomly goes out overnight (conveniently at the same time as wifi). Calls often tapped causing poor reception. Calls "drop" frequently. Very scammy. Watch your speeds

  I've had the unfortunate pleasure of attending twice due to porting issues (1st time, 1 line of 4 from a national competitor didn't port properly, and 2nd time was a mis-port from a subsidiary of the national company). On both occasions I was greeted promptly and very friendly by Zack. This young man is the exemplary definition of professional. Clearly demonstrates a deep understanding of BellMTS process, procedure and policy. Zack answered every single one of my questions with an ease of someone with many many years in the telecommunications industry. I'm very grateful that I made the switch to BellMTS for my 5 cellular/data lines and Zack is a huge reason for that. Good store, great employee!!

  Our basement flooded and the Bell TV receiver was destroyed by water. The guy told us that they don't take equipment that was damaged, kinda tough luck for us. Went to Stonewall Mb Bell/ MTS store and they had no problem taking it back. They took good care of us. Great customer service there. We will never go back to that Portage Ave. Store again.

  Zach at the Bell mobility location on Portage Avenue in Saint James, gave me exceptional service. He was extremely knowledgable and resourceful, and was able to resolve my issues with my new iPhone. I typically go to the Sterling lion location for my Bell mobility issues, but staff at that location were unable to resolve my issues. Zach, however, was able to rectify the problem in a quick manner.
