  The customer service of this company is appalling and a time waster. Set a meeting for 3PM, wait in line for an hour because no one set meetings - why even have the feature. On their website where you can leave an email so you don’t have to wait on hold and get transferred 10 times to find the right department only to be hung up on. The feature doesn’t work, once you’ve spent the time writing your query it simply says ‘ERROR, unable to submit’ I’ve had a tech come in 3 times and fail each time to install the internet, but when they fail there is no follow up to solve the problem. I’m just left to start the process of trying to find the solution. It’s genuinely been effecting my mental health, I’m unable to log into my account and pay/view my bills because they made a dupe email which I’ve called multiple times about. I’m worried it’s affecting my credit score. My experience with the company has been shockingly awful.

  Very helpful! I got useful information how to pay my bill in person with Virgin Mobile. It would have taken me hours to figure it out myself. Professional and friendly service!

  Went there this afternoon with an app problem. The clerk helped me solve it in minutes. I am eternally grateful. Everytime I have a tech problem they are there. Right in my neighborhood. I honestly don't know what I would do without them.
