  My husband and I went to Grant Park MTS Bell store to get an updated cel phone. Zane was our customer service person and he was awesome. Answered all of our questions, recommended the best package for us and set up my new phone. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will recommend him and his store to anyone. Thanks Zane!

  Decent service and decent help but only from select few employees which are rarely at this location. I go here every two years to get my phone swapped or to adjust my plan, but I also have started having to go whenever my mother gets anything done with her plan because the employees are so inconsistently not sufficient enough in explaining their own processes and fees and general plan information to someone who isn’t as tech savvy . My personal biggest suggestion is whatever you do, do not let them sell you on their screen protectors here (or for a matter of fact most of their extra accessories). They are marked up and their screen protectors are junk and are up sold at a crazy high mark up. The third phone I’ve gotten from this place where they’ve convinced me to get a screen protector and every time I think it’ll be different but it’s not. Within three days the screen protector had a crack from a very light drop and that crack over the next week and a half turned into a major cross screen crack that made it look like the thing was 10 years old and had been through extreme situations. Really unprofessional to consistently try their hardest to upsell customers on products that are dysfunctional annd absolutely worthless for their upset price. After this last time unfortunately I will consider going to another bell or possibly another provider entirely. I won’t even include the type c charging cords they try and sell you on too, That’s a whole other thing.

  Unfortunately, the clerk was not helpful at all. Went in to pick up my phone and she refused to check my account or to do anything to help me get my new phone. Ended up going to the one on Sterling Lyon and they were very helpful and I left with a new phone and the deal that the rep had described to me.
