- JCJi-Yung Jennifer Choi2 days ago5.0I had worst experience with Bell. I bought iphone 16 for my son yesterday and Bell called me to offer a better deal. I told them that I need a phone by tomorrow because my son is leaving to Toronto. But today, they said that iPhone 17 is not available and offered iPhone 16 white as I bought. Then when I went to this store to pick up the phone as directed by Bell, there was no white one but only black. so I said OK to the black one. Then, Bell could not change the system they told me to pick up my black iPhone 16 three days later!!!! Some how after over one hour of phone conversation, they changed the system to white to black. Then, Riley Recunyk of this store helped me while I am experiencing all this craziness! Bell changed to color back in the system finally so that I can get the phone today ; however Bell raised the monthly price!!! But Riley was able to catch it and resolved all the issues with Bell. Thank you so much for your kind support and I believe you should be the top person in the management to settle this madness of Bell. My experience with Bell is -100 but Riley gave me back +100! Thanks again Riley! You saved Bell today.
- KVK VAug 8, 20262.0The girl who works there. Clearly isn't a fan of her job, or doesn't like when people ask questions, or refuse their product. Got a phone yesterday at the st vital store. After being a 10 yr customer. And the girl had such attitude. I work retail. And if I talked to a customer like that I'd be in trouble. Rule of thumb- hate your job, find a new one, if you don't then fake it, like you love it.
