  Literally go anywhere else. Employees refuse to actually help you in any way. They’ll charge you 40$ for a data transfer. Fail to actually transfer your data and just say. Whoops. You can do it at home and bring the phone back. But still charge you. Tried to get my phone upgraded. It took my 4 trips to the store. All they can accomplish is checking boxes on a computer. Anything more complicated than that is above their ability level. All said and done. They charged me for services I’d did not receive or they couldn’t complete for me. Refused to refund me, it took me multiple trips to upgrade a phone and they just try and push it on to the customer service line. Go anywhere else or get a phone with Roger’s. Cause they’re useless.

  Went in at 5.15 and she asked what we needed. Told her we’d needed new phones. Her response was “we close at 6”. Told her we’d go somewhere else where our business would be appreciated and walked out!

  Had to help a member of the family get a phone number and get things working in an existing cell phone that was disconnected. Ridhi was our Sales Consultant. She was so very helpful and explained what our options were as well as costs and took the time to make sure everything was clear and the phone was working. She was excellent and patient and professional. 10/10 for Ridhi
