We have had no internet for 5 days now and the only response they have for me is “we can’t do anything.” Their support staff are rude and will lie to you to avoid taking accountability for the horrible, garbage quality of their services. I will highly recommend everyone switch from them…because once your internet is down you’re in the Wild West. I’ve called support nearly every day since then and they have provided us with zero updates, zero phone numbers we can reach out to escalate this. There was no mention of compensation or anything to even motivate me to stay with this awful company. Avoid, avoid, avoid! The worst of the worst!
- SHSara HartJul 9, 20261.0I have been requesting the 5G safety information from Bell for over two years (Morgan Shipley) after they hired Rohl to install internet cables in the lawns of Headingley without our consent. Rohl refused to give me this information (they clearly don’t have it or they would show it) and was told to request it from Bell. My parents have then been harassed by Bell coming to the door trying to get them to switch over even though we have asked several times for them to STOP. Bell does not care about your health and refuses to show that these internet cables, 5G, cell phones and EMFs are negatively damaging your body and mental health. Karma is real and at some point criminal charges will be made against all of these corrupt companies. If you have health concerns look up the information that is available to the public… there are many scientific studies showing the harm of EMFs on your health, especially children.
