After our phones went down recently and had no service at all in our facility, we got absolutely no help from MTS in anyway. We called several times and were not just met by rude staff but belittled by the person on the other end. As a healthcare facility we need phones! We will definitely be making the switch to anew provider after this experience. Absolute no customer service at all!!!
