- NOnaomi oceanAug 5, 20265.0We had an exceptional buying experience at the Polo Park location- Tenderly aka Ten was the representative that looked after us. We were there to purchase a smart watch for our grandson (11) and as seniors we required a LOT of help with information - passwords to our accounts- and general information on how things work technically. The PATIENCE that Ten had with us was incredible. She was kind - patient- and clear to understand when answering our many questions. This was a big moment for our grandson - he was so excited and she helped that along by including him with decisions setting up the new watch etc. Because there were some difficulties w getting the process done quickly due to passwords we had forgotten etc- the time we spent there went well over two hours- Ten maintained the course and continued to be both kind and enthused with our grandsons experience. Highly recommend her (Ten) for her fantastic interpersonal skills! We’ve never had better customer service.
