- GSGagandeep SINGHOct 3, 20261.0I visited KP Mall and spoke with one of the employees about my plan and changing my monthly payment method. Unfortunately, the employee spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner, which completely ruined my day. He told me to simply go home and use the Bell app to make the changes myself. I understand that some things can be done through the app, but sometimes customers have difficulty using new technology or making changes on their own. If the store cannot provide assistance when customers need it, then it makes me wonder what the purpose of having in-store customer service is. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service and training to employees. Very bad experience.

Was able to provide information on everything and anything we asked when it came to billing. Didn’t feel robbed and all in all enjoyed the experience of switching from Telus (was a 20 year customer) to Bell!

I felt like I was bothering him or asking too much, and I’ll never recommend this store or even go back. I’m moving to Rogers and canceling my home internet with Bell.
