  I had an excellent experience at Bell MTS thanks to Laurence. His customer service was truly outstanding—he was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I had a storage transfer that took about two hours, and Laurence stayed attentive and supportive the whole time without making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. He made what could have been a frustrating experience feel smooth and manageable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to making sure everything is done properly while still being warm and professional. Thank you, Laurence, for going above and beyond.   Had an amazing experience at Bell Kildonan place, JR helped me with every question I had and he was very knowledgeable on everything from phones to home services to TVs. This interaction with JR was easily the best i’ve ever had when it comes to talking to a stranger for the first time! Highly recommend going to Bell at KP and talking to JR if you need help with anything bell, phone, home service, TV related or anything along those lines. JR was extremely genuine and caring about my wants and needs which is why I will be a long-time returning customer at Bell!
