- TTthanh thai truong4 days ago1.0Useless to present Bell. We got email for return phone. Came to return. Staff said there is nothing to return. Asked to call Bell directly. Call Bell directly. They said same thing. They confirmed that there is nothing to return. It can be the system error to send email. About 2 weeks later, got another email from Bell that I had to return. Contact them, they said I can go to store to return. They also said that they will put a note on my account for this return. Also, they said they already removed the payment pre- authorization on my account. So, it will not be charged until weekend. I told them that I can't go during weekdays. I have to come on Weekends. Today, I come to Bell store again, staff said nothing they can do because there is no exception notes left on my account. Horrible customer service and support. Never use Bell again.

Daman and Navneet helped me with everything and made the whole process very smooth and easy. They were both very patient, knowledgeable, and explained every service clearly. I had the worst experience in polo park from employee Lamil i guess this is the name. He’s the worst at his job TBH However, I truly appreciate the professionalism of garden city bell MTS and the way they took the time to make sure I get the best possible solution for my query which they definitely did. It’s rare to receive such friendly and efficient service these days. Thank you, Daman and Navneet, for making this the best experience I’ve had so far at Bell MTS. Highly recommended!
