  My workplace uses MTS and has been for many years. After our phones went down recently and had no service at all in our facility, we got absolutely no help from MTS in anyway. We called several times and were not just met by rude staff but belittled by the person on the other end. As a healthcare facility we need phones! We will definitely be making the switch to anew provider after this experience. Absolute no customer service at all!!!

  Lammi was super nice and helpful! Was able to get a new phone plan quickly and he was very accommodating but… when I went back to set up a digital SIM card, the older man was very rude and condescending… I was just doing as I was instructed and he was acting like I was stupid. He is not suitable for customer service and tainted my experience.

  I went to bell at polo park, the lady that helped me her name is Nusrat was very rude and disrespectfull. She charged me 80$ + tax and told me they will return the money which they didnt. So i went to the store several times she told me to call customer service and they will return the money. When I call customer service they gave me a refference number and went back to store, she didnt even check the account. She just blame it on me saying that i should've called them before 3 months. And she said the customer service i called didnt know how to fix it. And finally i called 611 they fix my problem. Very rude and disrespectfull
