  Worst place to go with number one took them 6 cancelations to finally hook me up then I got internet and home phone the home phone stop working 3 times 3 times a tech had to come out sitting here yesterday and the phone shuts off again they need to send a tech for a 4th time i tell the women on the phone im just about to cut the phone off she says do it then so I said ok cut it off and she does now all I got is internet shaw is way better they treat their customers with respect and have great service

  Nothing against the Steinbach Service centre but rather Bell MTS as a whole. Unethical how they charge for Months of service when the Internet has not been used. We moved and I did forget to call and cancel the service. But they still want money for those months

  I just recently did my phone exchange at the Steinbach store and I always have a great experience with one of there senior sales associates Tyler, he is very great at getting the best deal for your services and will save you money. The staff at the Steinbach location are always paying attention to your questions and are always smiling when you enter the store to greet you.
