- NSN SAug 22, 20263.0Went to Bell to get a new phone. Wasn't the best experience but wasn't the worst. I understand the staff know their information about the phones and plans, because that's their expertise. If I say I'm not understanding what you're trying to explain, don't just say the same thing over again multiple times and expect me to get it. And then insulting me under your breath, not okay. I gave 3 stars because after I called them out on what they said ( I'm assuming they thought I didn't hear them) they acted nicer and did help me with purchasing a new phone and transfering all the data. I will be going back for the convenience because before this incident I've only had good experiences. But I will not be getting my service in the future from the same sales consultant.
