He doesn’t want to listen to my problem, instead he grabs my phone and goes through my app browsers without my permission. I tried multiple times to talk about my situation but instead of helping he sounds annoyed like he’s in a rush. Crazy I walked in and he looked joyful and waved then when I came to sit at his desk to ask for help, he is annoyed and pushy. Then once he asks me what the problem is, I just left because I felt not welcomed or comfortable. On the other hand when I last time went to Bell, I sat at Arlene’s desk, Arlene was very helpful to me and she was kind and welcoming. Arlene helped me with my problem and even help me find a person to fix my crack phone screen. Arlene was a 10/10 person and still is.
