  Don't use Bell MTS. Expect large random increases in your bill- not like an apartment rent increase of around 3% a year but substantially higher as in 20% or more depending how they feel at the time.They do not price match competition. As for internet be aware, while they will connect you for free, they do not disconnect the equipment they set up - you are responsible for everything -including unhooking and sending back their equipment via canada post. They will make you pay for anything and everything with prices that are ridiculous. Do not set up bank withdrawals with this company. They hope you do not monitor bills and that way they can increase as much as they want and take when they want. Go elsewhere for business, you will be disappointed with Bell mts.

  Very frustrating to get anything fixed. Offshore support don't comprehend Canadian systems or processes so errors are easily made and then things become more complicated. AAARGH, Takes so long to get things fixed that sometimes I just can't put up with it anymore.

  Would definitely go somewhere else for service. This service will cost double than others and there is no working with a customer to make them happy...GREED
