  This is a great location with ample parking, and a mailbox out front. The staff are friendly and helpful always with a positive attitude and a smile. The store is organized and clean with a variety of mailing materials.

  This is the worst place to take your Amazon returns to. The staff is extremely rude and slow. It takes them so long from the time you drop off an item to process it. Other locations for Amazon returns, like Whole Foods or Kohls process your item right away. When I questioned them about an item I brought in that still did not show dropped off on my Amazon account 4 hours later I was met with a rude bald guy employee and an incompetent manager. If you want your Amazon return processed quickly with good service don't go here.

  I’ve been to this location a few times for services such as shipping, shredding, and notary. The staff at this location have always been very friendly and professional. And I love that they also support Junior Achievement, a nonprofit that provides financial literacy and entrepreneurship programs to young people.
