Do NOT go here with a phone in your hand let alone a camera. Employees will tell you to read poster 7 then say it's illegal to film and call 911. All the while taking away an operator for a real emergency...

I have never been so disrespected. For some reason the clerk, Lynette decided that it was more important to yell and argue with me than maintain her professionalism while at work. I went in, to get stamps for self-addressed envelopes for filing with documents at the court in Martinez. Long story short, she was trying to get off work, left me at the counter and said I'll be back. I was running behind so asked the next clerk if he could assist me, which he did. She came back with the nastiest attitude yelling how I was unprepared, that she had to clock out etc. To be honest, I don't really know what her problem was or why she didn't clock and stayed around to antagonize me. The post office must be desperate for workers, because the supervisor was there and thought nothing of it. Really sad. I'll never go to that post office again.

The person at the passport section was very inconsiderate or probably doesn’t want to work anymore. To cut my story short. Our appointment for passport application is 2:00 to 2:15pm We arrived there at 2:07pm the 30th of August. We pulled out our children at the school early and we get out of of work earlier too(under time) And yet the person at the passport section didn’t consider to help us because according to her we are late. With all the efforts and explanations she didn’t bother at all, to the fact that we are not even late. despite of what you have done to us (Me and my children) I still wish you well in life.
