- DAD Elisabeth AymettAug 9, 20183.0I am still on hold waiting to speak to a representative. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to ask a question. You don't want anyone to speak to a person. At no time during the call was I given the option that I could speak to a representative or how to indicate to the phone system that was what I wanted to do. Now I know why other people pay more and use a different carrier. CUSTOMER SERVICE...they actually have it. I have a receipt from a pre-paid package return to vendor and couldn't determine the tracking number to see if my package arrived. That was my only request...I needed help interpreting the receipt. Thank you for absolutely nothing. My call has been holding for 1 hour and 31 minutes. I'm done. The actual post office personnel at this location are nice and helpful. Just make sure you won't have any problems because calling corporate is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. You *must* get in your car and go to a post office. How convenient......????
