  The customer service is exemplary at UPS located at 1155-C Arnold Dr Martinez, CA 94553, there’s an agent named Robert Solinski, and he is always helpful, polite, friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He provides 5 Star service each and every time whether it’s over the telephone or in person. I’m glad when I see him on duty or when he answers the business telephone because I know things will get handled. Other customers state the same praises. This location is always clean and the lines move quickly. This location can get pretty hectic especially during peak times and or holidays. They really work hard at moving the lines and are patient when customers come to the counter unprepared and or on their cell phones causing delays. It’s unfortunate that some costumers believe they’re the only person needing help and become inpatient and at times rude. It’s advisable to be mindful of the high volume times/days, be patient and kind knowing that each customer is receiving high quality and undivided attention as you will, when it’s your turn to approach the counter. Parking is easy and plentiful as this site is located in a strip mall.

  There was only one customer in the store when I arrived yet I was here for nearly 45 minutes just to have them print 5 pages and mail them. Both of the staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful but multiple customers were helped while I waited for them to print from the email I sent.

  Wow, I can see why this location has bad reviews I called the store around 12:30pm on November 22nd to inquire about moving our current UPS box location. I just simply asked what the process would be like to move our box from a Concord location to this store For starters, the guy who answered the phone was very unprofessional & kept sighing everytime I spoke. He said he has no idea what the process is but he could ask his manager. So I asked if he could ask his manager & he sighed & said he doesn't know the process but he could ask his manager. This repeated two more times. Sighing & repeating the same thing. Finally he asks someone in the background who I assume was the manager & she replied back "Tell him to call his own store & ask". I then asked if I could speak to this so called manager & she yelled I'm no available. At this point I gave up & hung up. A simple question turned into an employee who sounded like a broken record & an unprofessional manager who couldnt bother to get on the phone
